Customer-approved proof

By approving the proof and submitting the order, you authorize us to produce the personalized item using the approved crop, positioning, and overall appearance.

Natural variation

Wood is a natural material. Grain, color, knots, laser focus, and laser response vary. The digital proof controls the general layout and appearance, but the finished engraving can be lighter, darker, softer, or less detailed in fine areas. Normal wood variation is not considered a defect.

Personalized orders

Because each item is made from your photo, orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind after engraving has begun. If you contact us before production begins, we will make a reasonable effort to cancel the order.

Damage or production errors

If an item arrives damaged or we make a clear production error that materially differs from the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping

The $7.99 price includes standard U.S. shipping. We generally use economical USPS First-Class Mail for this small item. Standard letter mail normally does not include tracking and USPS delivery estimates are not guarantees. Please order early for time-sensitive gifts and provide an accurate shipping address.

Photo rights

You confirm that you have the right to submit and reproduce the uploaded image for this personalized order and that the image does not violate another person’s rights.
